Windows copy/paste was buggy but it looks like I fixed it when fixing unrelated text field/dialogxml bugs.

Re-tested this and found that copy/pasting text actually works in more contexts than it doesn't. For the mac scenario editor, it doesn't work, and I've figured out why, and am about to fix it. I don't know why and couldn't fix it today.
