Another Exile 3 feature that was removed in BoE is journal entries.
However, support for it is still there – the function to display the
journal is still around as well as reserved slots in the scenario strings
for journal entries. I'd like to bring back this feature.

I've done some work on this, but I don't think I've yet implemented a way for the scenario to add an entry to the journal.
